Don't get Panic on your Failure

There is a great scholar who tells the story of his friend.  His friend used to be a Hindu. He used to say that if this accident had not happened in my life, I would never have been introduced to Islam.

It so happened that he was preparing for MBBS with a lot of hard work and he wanted to get admission in the biggest medicine college in USA.  When he took the entrance test, he could not pass the exam and he failed, he could not go for MBBS.  Due to which he remained in depression for one year.  However, family members counseled, friends also explained that there is not only MBBS field in the world and there are many, you do computer science, it is also a successful field."I wasn't interested, but I thought I should move on," he says.
At the university, he met a man who was a Muslim and a roommate.  Staying with this man, he was introduced to Islam. He saw what prayer is, he performs ablutions, he stays clean, so my friend became curious to ask his roommate what you do.  If you offer prayers, perform ablutions, do not talk to anyone in prayers, then what kind of worship is this?
In this way, he became interested in Islam. He studied Islam and accepted Islam.  And now, God willing, their children go to Islamic schools in the United States and the scholars who were there teach their children.  He told the whole story of his life one day and said that if i hadn't faced failure in my life, I would not have failed in MBBS and would not have gone to this university to do computer science.  I could not met that muslim man and know Islam and then today my children would not be Muslims.
So from this incident we learn that there should never be such a small vision in life that if there is a failure then we should say that I am no longer alive, there is no purpose to my life.  Do you know where Allah has made things better for you?  Allah has determined your field, scope, sustenance.
The trustees are those who believe in the judgments of Allah Almighty.
Whatever misfortune befalls us, whatever accident happened in life, the first thing we do will be our fault.
In Surah Hunas verse 44, Allah Almighty says that Allah does not oppress human beings but human beings oppress themselves.
By making wrong decisions, deviating from the Sunnah, giving priority to things that are not necessary and ignoring things that are necessary but still Allah saves.  We have to become trustworthy so that we can gain the pleasure of Allah.  We have to work hard and then rely only on Allah Almighty.

Urdu Translation:-

ایک بہت بڑے سکالر ہیں وہ اپنے دوست کا واقع سناتے ہیں۔ انکا دوست پہلے ہندو تھا۔وہ کہتا ہی اگر میری زندگی میں یہ حادثہ نہ ہوا ہوتا تو میں اسلام سے متعارف ہی نہ ہوتا کبھی۔

حادثہ یہ ہوا کہ ایم-بی-بی-ایس کی تیاری کر رہے تھے وہ بہت محنت کے ساتھ اور وہ یو ایس اے کے سب بڑے میڈیسن کالج میں داخلہ لینے کے خواہشمند تھے۔ جب اینٹری ٹیسٹ دیا تو امتحان پاس نہیں کر پائے اور فیل ہو گئے تو ایم-بی-ایس میں نہیں جا پائے۔ جس وجہ سے ایک سال ڈیپریشن میں رہا۔ بہرحال گھر والوں نے کونسلنگ کی، دوستوں نے بھی سمجھایا کہ دنیا میں صرف ایم-بی-بی-ایس کا شعبہ ہی نہیں ہے اور بھی بہت ہیں تم کمپیوٹر سائنس کرلو وہ بھی کامیاب شعبہ ہے۔ وہ کہتے ہیں کہ میرا شوق تو نہیں تھا لیکن میں نے بھی سوچا کہ آگے بڑھنا چاہیئے لحاظہ داخلہ لےلیا۔

اس یونیورسٹی میں ان کی ملاقات ایک شخص سے ہوئی جو مسلمان تھا اور روم میٹ تھا۔ اس شخص کے ساتھ رہ کر وہ اسلام سے متعارف ہوئے انہوں نے دیکھا کہ نماز کیا ہوتی ہے، یہ وضو کرتا ہے صاف ستھرا رہتا ہے تو میرے دوست کو تجسس ہوا کہ میں پوچھوں اپنے روم میٹ سے کہ یہ تم کیا کرتے ہو؟ نماز پڑھتے ہو، وضو کرتے ہو، نماز میں کسی سے بھی بات نہیں کرتے تو یہ کیسی عبادت ہے؟

اس طرح پوچھ پوچھ کے اسکا اسلام میں شوق پیدا ہوا انہوں نے اسلام کو پڑھا اور اسلام قبول کرلیا۔ اور اب ماشاءاللّٰہ ان کے بچے اسلامک سکول میں پڑھتے ہیں امریکہ میں اور وہ جو سکالر تھے وہ ان کے بچوں کو پڑھاتے ہیں۔ انہوں نے ایک دن اپنی زندگی کی ساری کہانی سنائی اور کہا کہ اگر میری زندگی میں ناکامی نہ آئی ہوتی میں ایم-بی-بی-ایس میں فیل نہ ہوا ہوتا اور کمپیوٹر سائنس کرنے اس یونیورسٹی میں نہ جاتا تو میں اس مسلم روم میٹ سے نہ مل پاتا اور اسلام کو نہ جان پاتا اور پھر آج میرے بچے مسلمان نہ ہوتے۔

تو اس واقع سے ہمیں یہ سیکھنے کو ملتا ہے کہ زندگی میں کبھی بھی اتنا کم حوصلہ نہیں ہونا چاہیئے کہ اگر کوئی ناکامی ہوگئی ہے تو ہم کہیں کی اب مجھے زندہ نہیں رہنا، میری زندگی کا کوئی مقصد ہی نہیں رہا۔ آپ کو کیا معلوم کہ اللّٰہ نے آپ کیلئے کہاں بہتری رکھی ہے۔ اللّٰہ پاک نے آپ کی فیلڈ، سکوپ، رزق سب متعین کیا ہوا ہے۔

متوکلین وہ لوگ ہیں جو یقین رکھتے ہیں اللّٰہ تعالٰی کے فیصلوں کے اوپر۔

ہمیں جو بھی تکلیف پہنچے گی زندگی میں جو بھی حادثہ ہوگا اسمیں سب سے پہلی بات غلطی ہماری ہی ہوگی۔

سورہ ہونس آیت نمبر 44 میں اللّٰہ تعالٰی فرماتے ہیں کہ اللّٰہ انسانوں پر ظلم نہیں کرتا بلکہ انسان خود اپنے اوپر ظلم کرتے ہیں۔

غلط فیصلے کرکے، سنت سے دور جاکر، ان چیزوں کو فوقیت دے کر جو ضروری نہیں ہوتیں اور ان چیزوں کو اگنور کرکے جو ضروری ہوتی ہیں لیکن پھر بھی بچاتا اللّٰہ ہی ہے۔ ہمیں متوکلین بننا ہے تاکہ اللّٰہ کی خوشنودی حاصل کرسکیں۔ ہمیں محنت کرنی اور پھر صرف  اللّٰہ تعالٰی پر توکل کرنا ہے۔
